The Fibber is one of four weapons in Borderlands 2 to have unique white flavor text, with the other three being the Mongol, The Cradle, and the Unforgiven. The white flavor text says "+50% love" which has no effect on actual gameplay. This is the only one of them that does not provide factual information about the weapon.
You'll want to pay attention to its barrel, as it comes with different effects and projectiles depending on which one you've got. I just found the game harder if I tried using ShamFleet.. Still gotta try out the DPUH, since that seems to be the other weapon people love, but if it's anything like ShamFleet for how much it's hyped up, I'm not even sure it's worth

This particular ba You want a Practical Fibber which is what I got on my first playthrough as Zer0. Given the damage on it was 4,000 and the one shot ricocheted into 5+ shots that did over 4k damage per hit, it was easily one of the most powerful guns I had. I was actually unable to kill Dukino's Mom without it as pure sniper Zer0.
